  • WHAT ARE THE BUSINESS HOURS OF LIMO MEMPHIS?

    Our hours of operation are 24/7/365. We are available 24 hours a day to take your phone calls as well as to provide service to you. Email will be responded to as soon as possible, but for instant answers we recommend you call us.


    IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON LIMO MEMPHIS VEHICLES?

    Unfortunately, no smoking in permitted in our vehicles. In an effort to keep our vehicles in the best possible condition we do no allow for smoking in any form to take place on our vehicles. Any instances of you or your guests smoking will result in an additional cleaning fees.


    IS DRINKING ALLOWED ON YOUR VEHICLES?

    As long as all passengers are of legal drinking age, you are absolutely allowed to bring alcoholic beverages aboard our vehicles. We have built-in bar areas and coolers to help keep your beverages cold during your journey. We do ask that our guests exercise responsible drinking practices while utilizing our services. You will be responsible for damage your party does to our vehicle.


    HOW DOES ONE GO ABOUT MAKING A RESERVATION?

    The first thing you'll need to do before getting started on your Limo Memphis adventure, is to get in touch with us! From there our representatives will need to know a few things in order to ascertain whether or not we are able to accommodate your reservation. They'll need to know the date of your event, how many passengers you'd like to accommodate, where you'll need to be picked up, and what time your limo experience will start. From there it's just a matter of getting the logistics in order. Our booking agents will be happy to help guide you through the process.


    IS A DEPOSIT OR RETAINER FEE REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING?

    In short, yes. Because we will be unable to rent the vehicle you reserve to anyone else for your given date and time, we do require that you put a retainer fee down in order to demonstrate your full intent to proceed with the terms of our contract. If you have any questions about this, or any of our policies we cordially invite you to get in touch with our booking agents. They will be happy to clarify anything that you need to know!


    ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THE VEHICLE BEFORE RETURNING IT?

    You are expected to take off anything you brought on the bus. Our staff will clean the vehicle upon it's return. However, we should note that if your vehicle requires extensive cleaning you may be responsible for the cost of these services. Also, if you leave items on the bus we can not guarantee they will be returned. Often times items are misplaced off the bus and are later assumed to be on the bus, if we find your items we will let you know.


    WHAT HAPPENS IF WE EXCEED OUR RENTAL TIME?

    That is typically not an issue, you will simply continue to pay at the same hourly rate as you are already paying. The only time in which this could possibly be an issue is during a day time rental when the same vehicle is scheduled to go out on a night run, as we need time to clean the bus so our next guests enjoy the same quality you did.


    DO YOUR VEHICLES HAVE BATHROOMS?

    They do not, we have given this much thought and have opted to not have bathrooms on board for the enjoyment of all guests. As these style of bathrooms are little more than a mobile port-a-potty this can lead to an unpleasant experience. We make unlimited stops so if at any point guests need to stop for any reason we are happy to accommodate them.


    CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

    Unfortunately, once we reserve a vehicle for you, we must turn away other customers who are interested in that vehicle. By booking with us we enter an agreement that we will provide you with a vehicle which you reserved at the time and date agreed upon, we expect that our customers do the same on their end.


    WHAT KIND OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE?

    This one is easy. All of them! We have provided service for weddings, concerts, sports, and so much more.
